Privacy Policy

WordSpend helps users analyze Apple Ads performance, save reports, generate AI-assisted summaries, manage subscriptions, and receive scheduled Daily Brief emails. This policy explains the information processed when you use WordSpend.

Information we process

Depending on the features you use, WordSpend may process your name and email address from Sign in with Apple; account identifiers; subscription status; app usage and general diagnostic information; Apple Ads campaign, ad group, keyword, bid, spend, impression, tap, and install data; uploaded CSV report content; saved reports; target CPA preferences; and Daily Brief delivery settings.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate your account, provide reports and recommendations, operate AI Brief and Daily Brief features, validate subscriptions, maintain service reliability, respond to support requests, and understand how WordSpend features are used. WordSpend does not sell personal information and does not use your information to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Apple Ads access

When you authorize Apple Ads access, WordSpend retrieves the campaign information needed to provide the reports you request. WordSpend is designed for analysis and does not automatically change campaign settings, bids, keywords, or budgets. You may revoke access through your Apple Ads account.

AI processing

When you request an AI Brief, relevant report metrics and recommendation context are sent securely to our AI service provider to generate the response. WordSpend instructs the provider to analyze only the supplied report data. Avoid including unrelated personal or sensitive information in imported files.

Service providers

WordSpend uses service providers to deliver core functionality, including Firebase for authentication, cloud functions, database services, and analytics; RevenueCat for subscription management; OpenAI for AI-assisted report analysis; Postmark for requested report email delivery; Apple for Sign in with Apple, Apple Ads authorization, and App Store purchases; and infrastructure providers used to host the WordSpend service. These providers process information according to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Data retention and deletion

Saved reports and account settings are retained while your account is active or as needed to provide requested services. You can delete saved reports within WordSpend. Where available, account deletion removes WordSpend account data subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and transaction records maintained by Apple or subscription providers.

Security

WordSpend uses encrypted network connections and established authentication and cloud-service providers. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we limit access and use safeguards appropriate to the information processed.

Children

WordSpend is intended for business and app-marketing use and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as WordSpend changes. The effective date above will be updated when revisions are published.
